20 Frog jumps
30 push ups
40 alternating lunges
50 sit ups
Do these exercises as fast as possible after each other and record how long it takes you to complete the work out.
Rest 1min and repeat from top and better previous time.
If you want a challenge, repeat the workout 3x and each round your time must be faster
