We have an option for super beginners to join the 30min classes 2x or 3x per week. More info here.
Or if you prefer you can still do the 1 hour beginner classes instead of the 30min classes.
The beginners bootcamp class is specifically for beginners, people who havent exercised in a looooong time. We will start off slowly the first week and build you up to a good solid fitness level.
But again, whether you are at a beginners or an advanced fitness level, GO-Active Outdoor Fitness Boot Camp is for you. The classes are designed in such a way that people from different fitness levels get the maximum out of their workout.
Most of the workout routines are time based, meaning you need to complete as many reps as possible of a certain exercise in a given timeframe. View our FB page for our latest videos and updates
