The 6 week challenge is there to help you lose weight and get fit again after the holiday months in the form of joining bootcamp classes at Moreleta Park. We also help you by guiding you in your diet and taking all your body measurements. So you wont be alone in this 6 week “weight-loss” journey.
The challenge starts on Monday 10 Febr and finish on Friday 20 March.
Your measurements will be taken and after the 6 weeks we will take your measurements again and the person with the most improvement will stand a chance of winning prizes.

Etienne 6 weeks results – winter challenge
Weight went from 116.5kg to 119.2kg
Body Fat % from 32% to 28.8%

Mardaleen 6 weeks results – winter challenge
Weight went from 76.8kg to 77.3kg
Body Fat % from 44.1% to 41.6%
Summary: Mardaleen weight stayed more or less the same, but she lost 2.5% body fat!

Weight went from 76.2kg to 71.9kg

Alta 6 weeks results – winter challenge
Weight went from 56.4kg to 54.5kg
Body Fat % from 20.7% to 19%

Adele 6 weeks results – winter challenge
Adele lost 300g and 0.3% body fat
Adele had a significant increase is strength and fitness over the 6 weeks.
Adele did a plank abdominal hold for 5.45min and a wall squat hold for also 5.45min!

Mandy had a significant increase in her fitness levels over the 6 weeks.
Mandy did the Beep test to level 14.3 – if you know what that means – that is an above average score!
