30min Class times:
7h00-7h30: Mon, Wed & Fri
8h00-8h030(ladies only): Mon, Wed & Fri
17h30-18h00: Mon, Wed & Thurs
The 30min classes are for beginners and for those who do not have time(beginner to advanced) to do a full 1 hour class. With the beginners we will start off slowly the first week and build you up to a good solid fitness level. The intermediate 30min people we will push so that you still get a excellent workout in 30min.
But again, whether you are at a beginners or an advanced fitness level, GO-Active Outdoor Fitness Boot Camp is for you. The classes are designed in such a way that people from different fitness levels get the maximum out of their workout.
When you feel that you are getting fitter and stronger you can join the 1 hour classes.
Most of the workout routines are time based, meaning you need to complete as many reps as possible of a certain exercise in a given timeframe. View our FB page for our latest videos and updates
