I just want you to know that I’m addicted to “ GO ACTIVE BOOT CAMP”!!!!! I heard about boot camp about 3 years ago from a friend of mine, at the time I was like, “Oh no this sounds like army!” Then last year another friend of mine mentioned that she goes to boot camp and loves it. I was doing Pilates at the time and knew I wanted and needed to do something with more cardio. So I thought to myself” maybe I should just try this “Boot Camp” thing.” The first 2 weeks were really rough, just know that I was also very unfit at the time but that word that gets drilled into us PERSEVERENCE and YOU made me stay. You have made the “BOOT CAMP” experience great for me and I can honestly say for the first time I really want to go and work out. Another huge plus for me with Boot Camp is RESULTS. Thank you for making me persevere, for encouraging us, and proving to us how great BOOT CAMP can be for our bodies.

Die afgelope 2 jaar se Go Active Boot Camp was die beste ding wat nog oor my pad gekom het – oefening gewys.
Ek geniet elke BootCamp sessie (wind/reen/koue. . . ) en het nog nooit met ‘n swaar hart kom oefen nie. Jy is my inspirasie om harder toe oefen as wat ek myself ooit sou druk om uit daardie “comfort zone” te kom,
Ek kan my nie indink dat ek iets anders moet doen, of weer in ‘n gym moet gaan oefen nie. . . Die buitelug en die kameraderie maak die sessies spesiaal.
In August 2013 after years of no exercise,I decided to join the Go Active Boot Camp classes of Anna Wood.I knew I was unfit and not very healthy and I just had to make a change for me and my family!!
I lack the self-motivation to workout on my own,and that is why bootcamp is just the environment for me,small enough classes and great friends that keeps me motivated! And the best part for me is exercising outdoors of course!
Bootcamp is the best way to train and you become very fit and healthy without even knowing!
Love boot camp, started a year & half ago & look forward to every class three times a week every 4 weeks.

Before I joined Bootcamp Moreleta in February 2014,I was so huge,couldn’t run and wore a size 40-42. So depressed,tried all slimming pills but did not work, I was very depressed about my weight.I hated scale, and stop weighing my self.
In short, I joined Bootcamp. My first day i was so scared,everybody was looking good(so thin),I wanted to run away and go back to my slimming pills,GUESS what? I stay strong and Anna welcome me and call me by my name.Everybody was so friendly.and i said to my self,this is it! I’m here to burn my fats, to loose some kilo’s, i was so positive and i know from day one i will make it.
From February till now, I did loose weigh,I’ve controlled my eating habit, from Monday, Wednesday and Friday,1 hour, I run, jump i do Bootcamp a serious one I don’t play,ask Anna.It is all about my attitude.
Bootcamp help me to reduce my weight.weight. I’m proud to say I have lost so much weight, 5 kg. Thank you Anna and hubby( most importantly the team spirit).I can’t thank you enough, because I know this was the courage from you, your time and your sense of humor.
My pants get looser, and my body tells me a different story.
